ROW DTLA

Location: Arts District, Los Angeles, California
Project Type: Adaptive Reuse
Area: 60,000 SF

Built between 1917 and 1923 by the Southern Pacific Railroad, the six buildings and expansive courtyards now known as ROW originally stood as the 7th Street Produce Market. The mixed-used property once played a significant role in the distribution of
produce throughout the country.

Now a vibrant commercial center for retail, restaurant and creative workplaces, LMA plays a key role in demising and building-out the large open floors above the ground floor for office tenants. Alongside work related to the upgrade and renovation of the complex, LMA has executed multiple interiors projects for clients including Tartine, Gardiner & Theobald, Mitu, Avery Dennison, and Greenlots.
